for everyone

Love! This single word reflects something which is divine. Love is a strong feeling which is abstract. Everyone is blessed with this divinity. We love our parents, our god our dear ones. Love exists in each and every relation. Any relation can’t move on for long, if it is lacking love. This article concentrates on the ideology that love is a verb and not an adjective.

How you will describe love? Like many people do. Love is an affection and nebulous feeling, with a tingling sensation when you are with the person you love. Love is indescribable but you feel its presence. It is an unavoidable attraction between two people. The company of the one you love does not make you feel lonely. But apart from all these there are some other definitions of love. It says love is not an adjective but it is a verb.

When we say love is verb, it relates to something that we do when in love. Jesus who asked his followers to love him expects them to follow his principles. He said, “If you love me, keep my commandments”. Similarly, we love God and in return ask for our wishes to be fulfilled.

Love is very truly a verb. If you observe it, then you can notice that it is something which you do but not fall into. We frequently use the preposition falling into love. But have you ever observed that you never fall down but on the contrary raise high in that person’s eye by doing something. Here doing something refers to something that you would do for your loved person and to fulfill his or her desire. You, actually, fell into crushes not love. Love needs to be described through action.

Love is not only a feeling that exists between two lovers. It is a feeling that happens between parents and a child, between you and God, between two friends. You can even love some lifeless products. You feel that you love rain. But only watching the rain drops falling from the sky is not enough to express your love. If you dance in rain like crazy, enjoy the rain drops falling and wetting your face, these express your love for rain. Love always needs to be expressed through some actions.

Love is a journey of life which everyone needs to travel. In this journey, we come across many unseen and unknown facts and incidents, which we have to face and carry on our journey smoothly. Love energizes the life to live in. In love, we do things which would not have been possible without motivation of love. Love is very closely related to sacrifice. For the one whom we love, we can sacrifice anything, even our life. To make that person happy, to see a smile on his face, we can do any damn thing. Love demands action to be done.

Don’t you love to see a single smile on your beloved’s face? What you do for that? You gift her rose or some chocolates whichever can make her happy. What do you do to make your child delighted? Don’t you gift him some toys? You do all these because you love them. These prove love is a verb and not an adjective.
